By submitting this form, you agree to the following Terms. This giveaway is part of a market research effort by WhiteHash, a blockchain lottery project currently in development.

1. Purpose

This raffle is conducted to gather insights that will help WhiteHash design a better-informed and more user-centric blockchain lottery experience. In exchange for your participation, you will be entered into a giveaway with a randomly selected winner.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
• You must provide a valid email address to be eligible to win.
• Open globally, except in jurisdictions where such promotions are restricted or prohibited.

3. Entry Conditions

• To enter, you must complete and submit the form in full.
• Each participant may submit one entry per raffle round.
• Multiple or duplicate entries may be disqualified at our discretion.
• No crypto wallet is required at the time of entry. Winners will be contacted by email to arrange prize delivery.

4. Prizes

• The main prize is a USDC giveaway, with the amount displayed on the WhiteHash website or social channels.
• Each week, one winner is selected at random from all valid form submissions collected during that raffle period.
• Before selection, we filter out suspected duplicate or spam entries to ensure fairness.
• The winner will be contacted via the email provided and has 7 days to respond.
• Once confirmed, the winner will be announced publicly on our official X account: @WhiteHashLotto.
• If the winner does not respond in time, a new winner may be selected or the prize forfeited.
• Additional or alternative prizes may be offered in future raffles at our discretion.

5. Data Use & Privacy Rights

• We collect your responses solely for research purposes to help improve WhiteHash's product development.
• No personal data beyond what you submit in the form (e.g., email and answers) is collected.
• Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties.
• All data is stored securely and handled in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and similar international standards.
• You have the right to:
  • Request access to the data you submitted,
  • Request correction or deletion of your data,
  • Withdraw your consent at any time (by contacting us via the form or email).
• If you withdraw consent, you will no longer be eligible to win future raffles unless you re-enter.

• Any attempt to submit false information, manipulate the outcome, or game the system may result in disqualification.
• We reserve the right to verify eligibility and withhold prizes if terms are violated.

• This is a free-entry, non-monetary promotional giveaway — not gambling, not a lottery, and not a financial product.
• No purchase or payment is required to participate.
